The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your workspace activity. See conversation volume, agent performance, and key metrics at a glance.
Key metrics
- Active conversations — how many conversations are currently open
- Agent activity — which agents are online and their current workload
- Conversation trends — volume over time to identify busy periods
- Response times — how quickly your team is responding
Access
The dashboard is available to owners and managers. Agents do not have access to the dashboard — they work from the inbox.
Use the dashboard to spot trends and staffing needs. If conversation volume spikes at certain times, consider adjusting your team schedule or enabling AI agent coverage.
