Workflow Analytics
Last updated 2026-04-18
Workflow analytics show you how your automations are performing — which workflows run most often, their completion rates, and where failures occur.
Key metrics
- Total runs — how many times each workflow has executed
- Completion rate — percentage of runs that completed successfully
- Daily trends — workflow execution volume over time
- Agent-triggered vs event-triggered — how workflows are being started
Step-level analysis
Drill into individual workflows to see performance at the step level. Identify which steps fail most often, how long each step takes on average, and where contacts drop off. This helps you optimize your workflow design.
Top workflows
View your most-used workflows ranked by execution count. This helps you understand which automations deliver the most value and which might need optimization.
If a workflow has a low completion rate, check the step-level analysis to find the bottleneck. Common causes include missing timeout branches on Ask Question steps and unconfigured failure paths on Run Action steps.
