Your workspace is the central hub for your team. Configure it properly so your customers and agents have the best experience.
Workspace settings
Go to Settings → Workspace to configure your company name, logo, and timezone. The timezone affects how business hours are calculated and how timestamps appear in conversations.
Business hours
Set your business hours so the AI agent knows when your team is available. Outside business hours, the AI can provide full support, collect information, and escalate urgent issues for follow-up when your team returns.
Team roles
Savena has three workspace roles with different permission levels:
- Owner — full access to all settings, channels, billing, user management, and contact deletion
- Manager — operational access to inbox, contacts, analytics, AI agent, workflows, user management, and general settings
- Agent — inbox-only access to handle conversations assigned to them
You can change a team member's role at any time from Settings → Users.
Teams
Create teams to group agents by function — for example, a "Sales" team and a "Support" team. Teams are used in workflow assignment steps to distribute conversations among team members using round-robin or least-open logic. Go to Settings → Teams to create and manage your teams.
