WhatsApp Business

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to Savena to manage WhatsApp conversations alongside your other channels.

Requirements

  • A Meta Business account
  • A phone number that can receive SMS or calls for verification
  • WhatsApp Business API access (Savena guides you through the setup)

Setup process

Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp and follow the guided setup. You will be asked to verify your phone number and connect your Meta Business account. Once complete, WhatsApp messages will appear in your Savena inbox.

WhatsApp has specific messaging policies, including a 24-hour customer service window. Outside this window, you can only send pre-approved template messages.
