Public Chat Page

Every workspace has a public chat page at savena.ai/chat/your-workspace-id. The page loads your chat widget in embedded mode so visitors can start a conversation without you needing to install the widget anywhere. Use it for QR codes on packaging, links in email signatures, or as a lightweight contact page for businesses that do not have a website.
Where to find your link
Go to Settings → Channels → Chat Widget → Installation. The "Share a direct chat link" card shows your public chat URL with a copy button.
How it looks to visitors
The page renders your widget in embedded mode using your configured branding — primary color, logo, welcome message, and conversation starters. Visitors land directly in the chat with no other distractions. The widget behaves the same as on your website: AI agent replies, workflow triggers (where applicable), and operator escalation all work normally.
Use cases
- Add a QR code on physical packaging, receipts, or signage that opens the chat
- Link to it from email signatures and social bios for one-click support
- Use it as your contact page if you do not have a website yet
- Share a direct support link in customer follow-ups
The public chat page respects workspace billing status. If your workspace is canceled or your trial has expired, the page returns a friendly not-found message until the workspace is reactivated.
